      Still great place to work

      Pros

      Criteo is a great place to work if you are early in your career. You will learn a ton, meet young, smart and enthusiastic people from every corner of the world as your colleagues. The culture promotes openness and innovation, you can fail as long as you learn

      Cons

      For senior people, not that much upward mobility. Criteo is not a nimble startup anymore and higher echelons get political, change is hard.

      Great company, culture, pay, with a strong vision!

      Pros

      Amazing culture, generous benefits (including health care & well being), great work life balance is possible, and a global leader in the Adtech space.

      Cons

      Competitive industry with privacy challenges, many organisational changes in the last year but this is not different to many companies in the tech industry
