We are happy to hear you feel aligned with our leadership, vision, and initiatives. Since the pandemic, we have listened to our employees' need for a fully flexible work approach. Working habits have indeed drastically evolved with more people working from home. In this context, finding ways to maintain a strong sense of belonging between the teams is essential.
