Pros

Amazing people and culture. People tend to help each other, the leaders genuinely care about employees, supporting you during your time there as well as throughout your professional growth and development. Althought there is a lot of work, the work life balance is good.

Cons

The salary is lower than what some other companies in the sector offer.

Intelligent, friendly and helpful colleagues, supportive managers, great place to learn. Decent work life balance. Great sense of autonomy in your day to day.

Cons

Lower compensation than competitors, eroding benefits, transition to RTO, uncertain future, lack of upward mobility once you hit a certain level

Not horrible, but not great...

Pros

Cool and intelligent folks. Good cooperation across teams. No meanies (or, very few and far between) Competitive compensation.

Cons

Thumbs-down all the way for the new CEO! Despite no evident issues with productivity, 2025 RTO policy forces remote-hired workers to uproot their lives, few to no exceptions. Pretenses of "increasing teamwork" even if your colleagues are international and you'd never see them in person anyway.
