      - The people at Criteo are second to none - Speaking to the sales/commercial aspect, the pay is very fair - Opportunity to make quite a bit of money if you are good at your job

      Cons

      - Sometimes hard to get a clear picture of the vision from C-Suite, but this is not unique to Criteo
