Hi there - thank you for your brilliant feedback. We invest a LOT in our growth and making t his an awesome employee experience, so hearing this kind of positive feedback is so rewarding. Thank you! In terms of some of the areas we can continue to address, you may have heard that we are refreshing and revising all of our Career Paths globally this year. It's a huge exercise and takes time, but by the end of the year every employee at Criteo, irrespective of role and location, will have a clearer idea of where they stand and what they need to do in order to grow their careers in multiple directions. We're also hiring a global head of Criteo's employer brand to help with our internal and external branding efforts. The role is currently open as a part of our Talent Acquisition team in NYC, so if you have any referrals please contact your local TA team members! Best Criteo HR

Hello - thank you so much for your feedback! This is really important to us as we continue to work on a build a culture that is the same for everyone no matter what role. Firstly - glad you seem to be having FUN at Criteo! We all spend so much time in the office, having fun matters! It seems like your comments in the "Advice to management" section are related to a specific incident that's taken place. I highly encourage you to talk about this more - either with your leadership, or with HR if that's more comfortable. This kind of feedback is critical to us, and we'd like to make sure we address it straight away! Taking smart risks is a big part of our culture. And sometimes, we know we're just going to get it wrong. And that's part of learning process - but employees shouldn't feel judged or punished for taking a risk. Please do feel free to talk about this in more detail if you are comfortable!
