With the rapid growth that we are seeing, there is a lot of new leadership in place, and a LOT of first time managers who are learning themselves, of course this comes with challenges for our employees. For you. We are keen to fix this, and your feedback here goes to the heard of the Power Up empowerment project we've launched.
