Pros

People are good but a lot of the top employees have left as of late. Criteo is going through a “transformation” so there’s been a lot of shifting priorities internally.

Cons

Company is struggling for growth and employees haven’t received great treatment.

We recently announced a transformation plan to pivot into a Commerce Media Platform, leveraging both our strong tech assets and long-standing relationships with retailers. We truly believe that this will expand our addressable market and create new business opportunities. We are sorry to hear that you felt employees were not taken care of. We work to get qualitative and quantitative feedback from our team members through listening sessions, regular engagement, and manager surveys to understand how our team members feel. We strive to create tangible action plans to continue to improve on the employee experience, for example by providing extra support during the pandemic (weekly feelgood initiatives with Workplace Experience, psychological support with an external provider, WFH allowance...) to support employee wellbeing no matter the circumstances. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience, wishing you all the best in the future.

Thanks for taking the time to share your perspective. We're sorry to hear that you don't share our excitement for the future of Criteo. We consider ourselves at the forefront of our industry and we're therefore more interested in measuring our success against our business objectives. We understand that the reduction in hiring as a direct result of Covid is frustrating but it's an important part of our strategy to protect our existing employees and ensure the future of the business. We encourage you to take the time to provide any additional feedback in our employee engagement survey which is open at the moment.
