Pros
The company has great values. The CEO is involved with the company and you can feel the presence. The office life is great too and the possibility to work from home and from the office is amazing. Great benefits.
Cons
Inexperienced management and nepotism in many many departments!! this feeling has been shared so many times and nothing changes. Many managers are not able to do what it takes to make the correct decision and has repercussions on the motivation. Also, the continuous layoffs affects the trust in the company. The career growth is not how they sell it in the interviews, especially when you openly see big favouritism and you don't feel safe enough to make it notice.
