      Good pay in spite of poor experience

      Cons

      Japan has been governed by political organizations deeply related to Overture alums through poor sales performance. Japan's management level is terrible and problematic, but the global team hasn't resolved any issues with them.

      Pros

      competitive salary, amazing benefits (Sodexo Card, good health insurance, WFH allowance). Amazing culture, amazing people, flexible work approach, good chances to try at different departments

      Cons

      In recent years there have perhaps been too many structural changes that have overloaded the teams, but I understand that this was necessary.

      Criteo has embraced a great caring culture for their employees depending on mutual trust between emplyees and manager. Teams have full flexibility to work from home while having a work-life balance

      the company isn't on a hyper growth mode, therefore career opportunities are not wide
