Pros
Hybrid work between office and home was a positive. They say we have "Unlimited PTO" but really it depends on what department or manager you have. Some people are nice, but most are too overworked to care about anyone else.
Cons
Over worked, Under valued. Company is looking to cut costs around every corner and does not invest in anyone for the long term. They removed pensions, reduced staff, and made a joke of the offered insurance plan. All the while cutting necessary staff, with no direction for the "little guy". President once said in a meeting that his overarching goal is to "Build this business so I don't have to be here at all". That is not what you want to hear in a leader. Also upper management and an investor made a mockery about laying off another manager during a staff meeting. Very uncalled for and unprofessional. All management has either walked out, or been laid off at some point. Those who remain are overworked and forgotten about in the process. No standards for training or staff. Just told to "Figure it out on your own".
