      Great people, engaging work, awesome place to learn and develop your skills

      Cons

      Vertical growth is difficult which can discourage younger employees who are looking to develop their careers, pay is below industry standard but company culture does make up for it

      Pros

      Solid mission and set of values (e.g., safety, sustainability, etc.). Good people, at all levels, who care about the business. There is autonomy to do what you think is right. There is a good focus on people, recognition, diversity, etc.. Solid compensation and benefits package.

      Cons

      Organization is strongly dependent on individuals more than strong systems. Silos exist. Use of technology solutions for business systems is weak and not fully cohesive for a global organization.
