Pros

Croda opened a new office in Plainsboro recently and it's a decent space. There are some quirks but all offices have them. The people are very friendly and my leadership chain was solid. There was a good focus on providing employees what they needed to get their work done. Most workers are eligible for a hybrid schedule but that depends on management.

Cons

The company lives and dies by profits (as do most companies) and the last few years have been difficult. Layoffs were announced in the middle of 2023 and big surprise, the company's profits (and stock price) failed to increase at the rate the shareholders wanted. Department budgets have been reduced along with headcount.
