Infrastructure is a little old and dated and sometimes the lack of a level one help desk hurts productivity. A lot of the management decisions come from Europe so sometimes it makes the work more tedious then needed.

The pay is mediocre but the prospect of moving up on the career ladder is very poor especially if you want to stay technical. Not everyone want to be a manager and this is not recognised. I was there for 5 years and was never promoted especially being on one of the smaller sites we're often overlooked. I have however delivered many projects on target and in budget but this was never recognised. All sites having different working contracts such as working hours, number of holidays, accruing days off etc making it a conflict between staff on different sites. Promotions and salary increases are not in line with performance but reviews are done every year.
