Benefits are good and pay is alright. People that have made it to the top are ok leaders.

Cons

There was so much expected out of the sales team. Numbers they knew we couldn't reach, and visits that were not able to be made. Most people get burned out, making for turnover at the bottom.

People, team work, everyone works together to get the job done in a professional manner. No stress. People are willing to teach you and always answer your questions.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of, just do your work and always show enthusiasm and you will find all the support you need.
