Pretty good graduate scheme. Good culture and values Final salary pension

Cons

Very low payer and difficult to get a pay increase - no clarity. A lot of managers show outright favoritism - very clique driven. Management pay lip service to reforms, guidelines and process - they just do what they want. HR seems to be there simply as a cover
