I have been employed with Cross for the last 6 years and have no regrets of my decision to work here. This company has strong family values, great work life balance and a great culture that drives employees to work hard but also enjoy what they are doing. We work hard to promote from within and give employees many options for career paths to follow. If you are a hard worker and can learn than this is a great place to work!

Cons

We need less drama in the office, although this has improved there are still a handful of employees that have negative attitudes and this does impact the overall culture. This is improving with time.
