Pros

Pro: well the pay was $15 starting which is pretty good for a new graduate.

Cons

But the work was over the top exhausting. It is non-stop work. Then you have to be responsible for answering a high percentage of phone calls in the "Que' while you work! IT'S an exhausting experience. Supervisors are like hawks. There is no positive reinforcement for busting your tail. They hire AND FIRE like it's going out of style. ABSOLUTELY NO LONG TERM JOB SECURITY THERE. About 70% if not more are people that are contracted through temp agencies. So that says a lot about the company in itself. JUST RUN FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR LONGEVITY. There are no benefits and you will virtually live in a cubicle!
