Pros

I like the collaborative culture – my team members are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to share ideas. Many projects require strong skills and a high level of independence, but there’s always support available from managers and fellow developers when needed. So there’re plenty of opportunities to grow both technically and professionally. On top of this, the benefits package is competitive, and the schedule is flexible.

Cons

Travel requirements can increase depending on client needs.
