Pros

It is a large consulting company, and I constantly wondered how such a dysfunctional organization managed to keep operating.

Cons

There was virtually no coordination within or across teams, operations were severely disorganized, and management was incapable of making decisions that benefited everyone. Most decisions were driven by self interest and routinely came at the expense of employees. An absolutely dreadful experience!

Working with clients and helping project teams complete their assignments. Good coordination with different departments. Knowledgeable and professional employees. Recognition for good work and opportunities to take on additional responsibilities.

Cons

Too much documentation and reporting on some projects
