Pros

Crothall puts a lot of emphasis on their family caring for family motto. They do strive for the very best in cleaning excellence. They reward hard work with perks such as bonuses, dinners and other forms of appreciation.

Cons

The management is lacking in their communication fields. Each shift is ran differently with a different set of standards. There is a lot of backwards and forward on what is expected. Problems go unresolved for extended periods of time until it becomes an even greater problem. The treatment of some employees is down right unsatisfactory but yet when it brought to management or that person speaks up for themselves or others, it's swept under the rug or that employee is treated unfairly until they quit or a miniscule reason is found to get rid of said "troublemaker". The employees that are actually working hard get more work pushed upon them and then get 'counseling' for not finishing their area, while the slackers get to continue slacking without a word being said.
