      Little Room for Advancement

      Pros

      *It's a decent job for someone who's interested in healthcare. You'll have some interaction with practically every department in the hospital. *The pay is fair, and you're likely to get a raise within a year. There is also a lot of opportunities for $25-100 bonuses for picking up shifts or as a reward for good work.

      Cons

      *High turnover rate means you'll often understaffed *Very physically demanding. A lot of the beds have dysfunctional steer mechanisms that make them harder to push *Your times are recorded, but you spend an excessive amount of time waiting for clinical staff. You can't start your job without a nurse signing off first, and they are usually tied up with other things. *There's little to no room for advancement; might not be suitable for someone looking for a long term career.

      Dont do it!!

      Pros

      Decent paying salary if you can survive. If you can survive in this work environment you a ready for any work place.

      Cons

      Does not provide managers with enough staff to complete company goals. Expect you to work 10+ hours of overtime a week on a set salary. Management does not care about its employees. Constant rotation of managers because of burnout.

      Nothing about this experience was a pro

      Cons

      The fact they pay temp workers 17an hour and their own employees 13 an hr was horrible . Then they pay every 2 weeks when the temps are weekly pay. Next moving along to unprofessional staff , supervisors, leads , etc . The whole experience was horrible . Never again .
