Management sucks and plays favoritism. If they don't like you they will harass you and find reasons to write you up. Will not give you the required equipment to do your job properly and will yell at you because you have no equipment. You have to go through EVS to start room and end rooms which is very tedious if you do not a have a device to call the rooms in. They claim they have no money to buy new equipment and supplies to clean with. Upper management walks the hospital every other day and complain about scores being low. The pay is Garbage. Extremely high turn over rate. A new face every week.
