Thank you for your feedback. Supporting our people so they can balance the needs of home and work is important to us so we’re sorry to hear that wasn’t your experience. We have a remote-friendly environment and offer flex time to everyone but we hear you and will continue to strive for better in this area. We also invite you to reach out to Lindsey N. to share more details around this so we can work on greater balance and less stress for you.

Pros

CrowdStrike is growing incredibly fast, and doing it the right way. I've worked for multiple companies in the cybersecurity industry and I can say without a doubt that it’s the best I’ve been at so far (And I’m not easily impressed). The leadership team is excellent – they really know the industry and seem very transparent, honest and reasonable. The company is investing heavily in the ‘people’ organization and I feel it paying off – there are already very good benefits and I see that only getting better. We’re hiring smart, hardworking people that are contributing fast. The product/services set is great and anyone in sales/marketing/engineering can be confident they are building and selling a useful & valuable solution that really works (in this industry that is harder than you’d think).

Cons

I honestly haven’t seen many cons. The company is still young so not every process is flowing 100% perfectly, but again, everything is going in the right direction and people are honest about what needs to be improved. At the pace we’re growing there are bound to be some occasional bumps, but I really haven’t seen anything yet.
