Pros

The company is hugely successful and innovative. Market leader for endpoint protection. Management are excellent - Very approachable and supportive. Extremely competitive salary, comms & benefits. Good career progression and flexible working Company-wide 'recharge days' (free days off) during Covid-19 pandemic to support mental wellbeing. Generally a great bunch of people and enjoyable place to work.

Cons

We didn't get to go to Vegas for sales kick-off this year. Blame Covid.
