Thanks for your feedback. We're glad you're enjoying flexibility with your schedule, but we hear you on the late hours caused by working across time zones. We generally strive to keep meeting times within working hours for folks outside the U.S., but we realize it might not always happen that way. We recommend being open with your team if you're having specific issues with meeting times as they may be able to move things around to accomodate everyone's schedules. Thank you for all that you do!
