Pros

* They really care about building a true platform * The focus is not just on the features but how to build for the future * Remote is a true thing * Engineering Culture is 2nd to none! * Women and Men are expected/required to be treated equally (Women of tech please apply!)

Cons

As with any tech company stress and work life balance is what you make it but you are treated like an adult and thus need to know your own limitations, this is hard for us software engineers to do no shortage of hard problems to solve.

Pros

I started at CrowdStrike as an entry level sales development rep. I worked in PR/communications for three years but moved to Austin with the goal of wanting to break into tech sales. Coming from communications I had very little tech experience and found myself incredibly excited to learn about cybersecurity, but also nervous about jumping in to such a complicated field. Everyone in the Austin office welcomed me with open arms and was more than happy to answer any questions I had when I was learning about the field, there is also a whole learning tool dedicated to education on the platform which is still very useful. Even though I am now a manager, as an SDR I always felt comfortable approaching Directors and VPs which isn't something I found at any of my previous companies. CrowdStrike is definitely a place that recognizes and appreciates hard work, if you are willing to go the extra mile and think outside the box it does not go unnoticed. As a women in tech I feel supported by upper management and supported by the other awesome women in the office. It's been a massive change from my previous jobs in that I come to the office and actually enjoy the people I am working around.

Cons

Miscommunication between offices and sometimes between teams

Pros

Crowdstrike's culture drives the innovation and spirit of each employee that works there. This is literally one of the best places that I've ever worked. Remote work is available and even encouraged.

Cons

As we continue to grow, processes are being created often. It can be difficult at times to keep up. This is a company for people who want to continue growing and continue learning. Pro and a con depending on your outlook.
