Pros

The tools are solid and the technical teams are strong. Teammates are willing to help eachother. The product is promising, if someone like Google buys it.

Cons

There is no structure. Directors are hit or miss. The newer director doesn’t understand IR. The services organization doesn’t give raises.. in two years little to nothing.... senior leadership is not genuine and only focus on profit. They don’t turn away any work ever...No promotions... all promotions are subjective and not based on anything real... this is truly a good ol boys club start up that has serious issues below the surface

Avoid like the plague

Pros

Good platform and technology that sells well. Other than that - zilch.

Cons

Terrible, ridiculous, awful management. You are not a human here, you are just a number. False promises and lies, backstabbing and no accountability from management are the ways of the world here. You will get 30 seconds of your managers time every other week if youre lucky. You will get no training or advice, no data or accounts to even target even though youve asked a million times, you will have your accounts taken off of you and given to someone else after weeks/months of working them, and if you do manage to hit target you'll later be told it's still not good enough anyway. Level of activity seems to be important than quality delivered. Saw a team of mostly great SDRs be replaced by interns and pareto law grads (who've never had a job) for half the price of their salary, so opportunity generation is now non existant. Management have no idea how to talk to their teams or motivate anyone, let alone sell, and often attempt to give this Jordan Belfort false, pretenctious motivational crap. Seeing people sacked with no prior warning and no notice, a week before probation was up, for no reasons other than cutting costs. Has put entire team on edge and as mentioned in another review most sane people are looking elsewhere. Literally the worst company and set of managers I have ever had the misfortune of working with, and honestly have no idea how any of the are where they are. If you want to hate your working life and the people you're working for, please apply. If you're looking for great culture, opportunity to grow, want to feel valued and be surrounded by good people, avoid crowdstrike like the plague.
