Pros

Everyone in my department is supportive and helpful- genuinely one of the healthiest environments I've ever worked in. Toxic behavior is not tolerated and management promotes a collaborative culture within teams instead of a competitive one. Management has reasonable expectations, and they are very encouraging and supportive of independent ideas. No micro-management. The work itself can be fast-paced and you are expected to do a lot of independent learning to fulfill your tasks, but it's balanced out with great work-life balance and flexibility. One of the few workplaces that doesn't seem to cause anxiety in their workers.

Cons

Since most of us work remote, it'd be nice if CrowdStrike helped with ergonomics/chairs etc, which they don't currently do.

Thank you for the great feedback! Our culture is collaborative so we're glad that is ringing true for you. We're continually striving to give our people all the support they need while working in a remote environment and will continue to make enhancements as we can. If you'd like, feel free to share feedback on what could be doing better by reaching out to HR or Lindsey N. in Employee Experience. Thanks!

Pros

Great place to work, option to be remote, good benefits,

Cons

Some eccentric people at the org, difficult to work with, have risen to their level of incompetence following Murphy's law. They neither perform well, nor do they let others do well

Pros

WFH first strategy. The leader in their product category. Opportunity to grow and expand knowledge and responsibilities. Free snacks, lunches, and dinners in office. Semi-Annual get-togethers for enginering, devops, and sales teams.

Cons

Need to be a self-starter and self-motivated to deal with communication issues between departments and politics between leaders, which is challenged via WFH approach. More collaboration needed between the primary drivers of the organization (engineering, DevOps, and sales) with the other back-office departments in order to reduce friction and overlap in the skills and techniques used. Need to be discipline in order to take advantage of unlimited vacation.
