Pros

Wonderful culture I am treated with respect and dignity My supervisors care about my work-life balance Working remotely is amazing The Leadership has a great vision

Cons

True remote work means missing out on building strong interpersonal relationships through the culture of being in an office, however frequent trips to be in person with peers helps to alleviate this during the three month travel/meetings season.

Pros

I started at CrowdStrike as an entry level sales development rep. I worked in PR/communications for three years but moved to Austin with the goal of wanting to break into tech sales. Coming from communications I had very little tech experience and found myself incredibly excited to learn about cybersecurity, but also nervous about jumping in to such a complicated field. Everyone in the Austin office welcomed me with open arms and was more than happy to answer any questions I had when I was learning about the field, there is also a whole learning tool dedicated to education on the platform which is still very useful. Even though I am now a manager, as an SDR I always felt comfortable approaching Directors and VPs which isn't something I found at any of my previous companies. CrowdStrike is definitely a place that recognizes and appreciates hard work, if you are willing to go the extra mile and think outside the box it does not go unnoticed. As a women in tech I feel supported by upper management and supported by the other awesome women in the office. It's been a massive change from my previous jobs in that I come to the office and actually enjoy the people I am working around.

Cons

Miscommunication between offices and sometimes between teams
