Pros

You will gain experience across multiple fortune 500 companies under high stress situations. Lots of valuable experience to be gained.

Cons

They are navigating the transition from a startup to a fully fledged company rather poorly, and the management at the director level seems incredibly detached from the actual processes that their analysts do, and during my time there, actively made changes to operations that hindered analyst efficiency.
