Great company culture, not the best place for a new grad

Pros

Very generous compensation and benefits/perks. People are nice and motivated.

Cons

Poor onboarding experience, multiple salary and title changes after signing offer. Working overtime is expected due to endless backlog of tickets and poor project management.

Pros

Great pay, terrific product, and company is really going places. Customers loved us.

Cons

Choose your team and manager carefully, as each business unit has a completely different culture and set of duties. In my opinion, more specialization is needed in customer success and account management to handle the scale of customers they have been taking on. It can be a thankless, burnout-inducing situation depending on where and with whom you land. Upper management could do more to pick and train better front-line managers and weed out bad apples that will drive away talent.

The work day can get repetitive but seek out your manager to gain more projects or learn a skill on the side
