Pros

I really like the people I work with. I feel I am compensated *Fairly* - (could be more but isn't something I feel jaded by). Even with growing pains, the executives are typically receptive to feedback and making right on painpoint or challenges. The product is great - a lot of customers very excited about the product suite roadmap. A ton of brand recognition in the injury makes selling it easier. unlimited PTO. Culture is not toxic.

Cons

There are growing pains as there has been a ton of growth - mostly around internal processes. Product is expensive and customers complain about that but whatever. Would like to see compensation increased but again its not low or unfair by any means.
