Pros

- Great team management - Good benefits - Fast-paced

Cons

- Company Culture IRL vs what is presented in interviews is completely different. Just expect large company culture. - HR's attempt at presenting employee appreciation is laughable. It's not that they don't try, it's that what they do feels like less than a pat on the back and more like a sales pitch for why the company is awesome.

Pros

UX Team is fantastic to work with. Inclusive, caring, technically fantastic!

Cons

Some red tape, but it's a large company. Also, the recent change in leadership has developed a culture of fear with return-to-office.

Thank you for your feedback. We love hearing great comments on our teams. We also appreciate your comments on return to office (RTO). An increased emphasis on RTO was announced by our CEO in early December and, following that announcement, the leadership of some organizations made the decision, in the best interest of the business, to ask employees close to specific offices to return to office for any two days of each week. Functional leadership has the autonomy to do what makes sense for their function in ways that deliver benefits for their unique workstreams. We have and will make exceptions for employees where such a shift would create hardships.

Pros

This is the best company I've worked for and it's not close. The focus here is on work, collaboration, and delivering the best product on the market for the customer. We waste little time on frivolous, outside distractions which is refreshing for a technology company. Almost everyone is approachable, team, and goal-oriented, and willing to go above and beyond to help. I've been employed with firms whose employees that lack pride and purpose. That is not the situation here. The future is bright!

Cons

Unavoidable growing pains associated with rapid growth
