Pros

Innovative technology, product is on cutting-edge, and pay and benefits are at par with tech peers.

Cons

Management couldn't have handled the recent round of layoffs any more poorly. The reason given was never communicated to staff previously: AI. We are an AI company so that rings hollow. Also, the company is still growing at over 20% per quarter, so the rationale for layoffs was bogus. The real reason was to please the market.
