Pros

Good benefits, salary and RSUs Remote work option

Cons

Highly political and biased product leadership. HR is namesake and never has the guts to do the right thing for employees Incompetence blamed into engineering teams. Blameless is not blame less, people are scared here after our President said firing is the solution.

Pros

Overall the job is good. Decent pay, benefits. The people are also good.

Cons

This place is stuck in the past. The tech stack feels like what was originally put in place at its inception. I would definitely not call a true tech company, more like a collection of spreadsheets and human intervention that somehow managed to make it.
