Pros

I've been at CrowdStrike for a few months now and couldn't be happier. I left one "great place to work," to come work for CrowdStrike and I was hesitant because my other experience wasn't great. However, after only being here a short time I really feel valued as an employee and cared about as a person, something I never felt in my last company after nearly 3 years. The pay is great, a lot of employees get to work from home and they understand that people have families.

Cons

It can be hard getting started being remote, a little more direction from the get go maybe and the hiring process was a little slow, but so worth it!

Pros

- Most of your coworkers will become some of your greatest friends. Group lunches, happy hours, after-work yoga, and weekend get-together make for a tight knit group -Advice and honest critique is available throughout the office, even at the director level -Free 24/7 downtown parking near several great bars and restaurants

Cons

-While most members of upper management are excellent to chat with for advice over lunch or talk about the game last night, NO transparency regarding your job status is provided. Myself and at least five others were promised a transition from temp to full-time hire at the program’s start. It turns out this was simply a hiring allure. At the conclusion of the temp period, management remained vague regarding our job statuses before revealing they had no headcount to fit us. Another coworker of mine accepted a promotion to another area of the firm before the offer was pulled by the manager due to once again, “lack of headcount” -Too many repetitive tasks that are either unnecessary or can be easily expedited -Management will pick favorites and promote as such -Low pay compared to industry average.
