I love crowdstrike, they are just not very diverse

Pros

Pretty much everything, they really take care of their people. In particular their handling of the incident in July 2024 has been phenomenal, and quite unusual for a corporation in that there was near complete transparency from the top down both publicly and internally.

Cons

Just personal ethical differences, would prefer not to serve certain clientele but that's not up to me

- unlimited pto, fully remote work - extreme work flexibility - great people and managers

- working in dated technologies - easy to get lost in the system - stagnated wages
