Pros

Mobility of work setting (i.e. remote, office) as well as flexibility within it. PTO is fairly generous, as well as benefits.

Cons

Travel can become a bit tiresome, but it’s expected of the job. Sometimes issues arise with guidance on projects. You may feel completely lost and looking and asking for guidance, so a lot of it boils down to tinkering with objectives for a bit and then reaching out if you keep spinning your wheels.

Cons

I feel like the benefits could be much better. At least enough to match the rest of the consulting industry.
