After spending 24 years in financial services I decided to try consulting. I love the fast paced environment, wealth of knowledge available from co-workers and the constant support from management. I am recognized for my accomplishments and given constructive feedback on ways I can improve. The Crowe values encourage every employee to contribute and be the best!
Cons
There are times when I work long hours. I do not see this as a bad thing, I find it very rewarding to step back after a long project and reflect on the success of what our team accomplished.
