Pros

Great people, management actually treats you like an adult! Competitive pay, on par with Big 4 Firms. Firm is going in the right direction under a CEO who seems to understand the direction tax is headed.

Cons

like any public accounting firm, the hours can get a bit long around busy season (though not nearly as bad as some places I have worked). They say they are also a "Technology Firm" but a lot of the tech seems a bit old and buggy, and newly developed tech seems to create more problem than solutions.

1. Extremely welcoming work environment and co-workers 2. Intellectually engaging 3. Great salary and benefits 4. Upwards potential I've been at Crowe for less than a year. As recent college graduate, a career in consulting has been extremely engaging and rewarding. I have enjoyed the fast paced environment that requires prompt analysis and decision-making. In consulting, no day nor project is the same. A tremendous source of help that has eased the transition from classroom to office is the immense knowledge and assistance available from colleagues and management.

Cons

At times, work requires extended hours. That said, long hours are a natural aspect of the consulting career. Upon completing a project, I find it very rewarding to reflect on the hours and will-power used in order to produce the highest-quality client deliverables.
