      Pros

      Great people work at the company some of which I now consider good friends outside of work. Pretty good benefits. Ability to switch teams internally. Has ChatGPT enterprise license that is great for learning AI

      Cons

      The team (that I am on at least) is poorly managed. Great workers are held to a higher standard and given “opportunities” where they are set up to fail. No accountability from management. “Encouraged” to share ideas, yet new ideas and ways of working are not well received.

Great client-facing experience early, with opportunities to build relationships and ownership. Solid training and knowledge-sharing, plus supportive teams that prioritize quality work. Variety of projects across industries keeps the work interesting and builds a broad skill set.

      Cons

      Pay is generally average relative to comparable firms, and bonus opportunities are limited. Promotion/compensation progression can feel slower than peers in the market. Workload can be cyclical and intense around deadlines, with occasional long hours. Staffing/resource constraints can create periods of high utilization and competing priorities.
