Pros

Some of the people are great. Clients were good and had a lot of exposure to them. It's a good paycheck for starting out of school.

Cons

A lot of bad people. Tons of politics. pay is below average for hours that are above average. They don't listen to the people actually doing the work i.e. new computer system is garbage and if you say something bad about it you get yelled at. Mangers and partners are useless resources for anything. Seemed more focused on dress policy that actual work.

Pros

Family oriented and great insurance. Ability for advancement just like any other accounting firm after a couple years. Partner can be made in roughly 12-15 years depending upon your drive.

Cons

Long hours and travel all over to client sites if you don't mind the travel and reimbursement of expenses. Pay is a little low compared to kpmg or other competitors.
