      Pros

      Salary is good and work from home is a great perk depending on your group.

      Cons

      No training from a lot of the managers. They literally expect you to know everything even if you are new to the firm. The brokers dealers’ group is the worst and must toxic I ever met. These PEOPLE are way too toxic. You will receive little to no support from them when working on the engagements. Overall, my experience as a full-time auditor could not have been more disappointing.

      Pros

      I had worked with an incredible team, I felt like the salary was fair and the benefits were incredible. I also worked with really great leaders across departments.

      Cons

      Great people but very isolating. This is true remotely and in person. I had a great team but there wasn't much of a sense of community. Also some policies are really antiquated. But overall, not many complaints. Some of my colleagues, however, are still on a fast track for burn out.
