Pros
The people that have worked at Crowe for a long time are there for a reason. Like all companies, Crowe will go through its ups and downs, but I feel that the employee never takes the hit during the lows.
Cons
Some weeks you will have to work more than your assigned 45hrs/week and that can be pretty straining.
