      Pros

      The benefits at Crowe are unmatched, truly the best part of working there. Most of the people at Crowe are equally as wonderful and will treat you like family.

      Cons

      Executive level management makes sweeping decisions to the detriment of the organization. They do not evaluate performance or skillsets when doing layoffs, and end up letting strong resources go while keeping mediocre ones.

      The company had good pay, benefits, socials. Great teamwork, providing high-quality deliverables, steady work flow

      Cons

      Absolutely no work-life balance. If you want to move up or get ahead, prepare to work more than the usual 8-5 workdays. Also, be prepared to be heads down into your computer all day with no communication from fellow workers
