It’s a great place to start your career and a good alternative to Big 4. Great benefits and unlimited PTO. Pay could be better and there is a lot of turnover.

Cons

Crowe really cares about its employees and does what it can to help you reach your goals while giving you opportunities to grow. The work life balance is great.
