      Best firm to work for in Atlanta - place to plant roots!

      Pros

      ** this isn't in any particular order** - Work/life balance is unbelievable (I've worked at other accounting firms in Atlanta and no one even compares to the balance that Crowe offers) - Work remotely or from home (management recommends it) - Strong career development to young staff - Best salary at staff level compared to any firm (had multiple offers before starting Crowe and no other firm came close to touching Crowe's initial offer) - Benefits are great - Very interesting and complicated work - free snacks/drinks

      Cons

      - Although I love my bosses, if you do not like your boss, it would be hard to get out from underneath them - no other cons (honestly)

      The culture, the people, and the flexibility make this a GREAT place to work. I have been here just about a year and still feel thrilled to be a part of this company.

      Pros

      Collaborative work environment and people are almost always willing to accept new ideas/suggestions to improve a process. The work from home policy is very flexible and management is very accommodating with requests for time off.

      Cons

      Currently have not experienced cons. Workload can get a little heavy at times, but was expected.
