* Cast (Mostly Non-Accountants) are hired in at low salaries and expected to perform 40% of engagements to bring up the realizations.
* Experienced, loyal employees are being let go in order to improve financials, leaving inexperienced teams. (This has been going on since 2016)
* Partners are in a disarray as they do not all buy into the firm's future.
