      Pros

      Professional environment that encourages employees to advance in the company and improve their career. Supportive environment and the workforce is generally competitive

      Cons

      Even though leadership has employee work-life balance as a priority, the overall culture is professional and competitive which might not be a great fit for someone who's too laid back and only cares about making a living

      Pros

      Flexible work hours, great people (personality wise), great location in Downtown Denver, a lot of clients are in the area requiring little or no travel, PTO policies is nice

      Cons

      At the time of writing this I feel that the Company isn't heading a very good direction. There are huge gaps in a majority of the seniors schedules. We keep hearing "there is a lot of work in the pipeline", but there hasnt been any change as of late. Moral has recently gone down hill as a lot of our good/respected mangers and seniors have left for industry or other public accounting firms.

      Pros

      The culture of the Nashville office seems better than other locations. I think this mainly stems from the quality people managing the Nashville office. I feel valued on a personal level, and not just as an employee.

      Cons

      I don't know for sure, but I believe pay is below average to average. However, I think the work-life balance is probably better than it would be somewhere else where the pay would be better.
