      Crowe offers a large variety of valuable training opportunities and a number of resources that are always available as needed.

      Cons

      Little recognition for a job well done, and low pay.

      Pros

      Competent management. Room for career advancement. Salary was competitive. Bonus system was solid. Denver is a great city to work and live in.

      Cons

      Not really any major cons. Management did sometimes created fire drills in that they would not get involved in an engagement until the last minute, creating a stressful situation. But this was only occasionally.

      Pros

      People are generally friendly. I have good team members. My office is close to my home. It is a top 10 CPA firm in the nation, and therefore, we have more resources than small firms.

      Cons

      Employees are not compensated by their performance; instead, their compensations are more tied to the years of servicing the company.
